Moving and packing tips:

The way your items are boxed is very crucial of how they will withstand transport with our experienced movers. We strongly recommend that items in boxes are properly packaged as well as topped off to prevent boxes from collapsing. We are constantly asked if we prefer dressers to be emptied or if they can be left full. Moore Moving`s experienced movers recommends all items that are breakable be removed as dressers may be tilted sideways or maneuvered in various ways. Clothing and non breakable belongings are safe to stay inside.(Note items may be moved around during transportation.)

Moore Moving out of Grain Valley is happy to assist customers with disassembling and reassembling their furniture and items that may need to be taken apart for transport.(Moore Moving`s experienced movers will be very thorough with this process. Items being taken apart will be under supervision of customer to ensure any bolts or screws are in the correct condition.)

Moore Moving is happy to move large screen TVs, beds and sofas that are mechanical. Smaller electronics such as computers, smaller TVs, sound bars etc. are best transported in your personal vehicle for safety.(Moore Moving asks customers hold on to any cords from TVs, sofas or mechanical beds.) This ensures our experienced movers are able to reassemble the items. 

Moving and packing services along with moving companies across the metro have many different policies for miscellaneous items. Many will not move these items. Moore Moving in Grain Valley and our experienced movers want to define miscellaneous items. Unpacked Items that are not boxed are considered miscellaneous items. These items are time consuming. It is not recommended for Moore Moving to load these items in the moving truck. They can be damaged or damage other items in the truck. With consent, Moore Moving may load these items. We just want you to be aware that these items are time consuming.
